Routes with a fare and a journey time
Route by route, each entry pairs an indicative fare with an average time: some touch ACE airport, others join two corners of the island. Alongside go the distance and the driving time — and a price is shown only where an operator's own tariff or a verified figure justifies it.

Journeys that touch ACE
These are the pages planned furthest ahead, which is why they are the most consulted on the portal. Each one names where you are picked up at the terminal, the distance, the time behind the wheel, and a fare where an operator's published tariff covers it; where no tariff covers the route, the page says so and points at the meter rather than making a figure up.
Getting from one zone to another
Plenty of trips on the island never go near the airport: people cross from one stretch of coast to another for work, for the day off, or simply because of where they are staying. Those routes run less often, so it pays to ask well ahead and never to assume a car will be passing at whatever hour you need one.
Working out how long it takes
The time printed on each page is an average of the driving alone: it allows nothing for waiting on the car, nor for holiday-day traffic. Take it as a guide for when to ring, not as an argument at the kerb over the receipt — what you pay is what the meter shows when you arrive, and that receipt is your protection if you ever have to claim.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay the indicative price shown here? +
Not necessarily. The meter decides, at the fare that applies to the hour and to the type of vehicle. The figures on the portal are there so you can budget the trip in advance, not so you can fix a price beforehand.
What is the journey time between two zones? +
It depends on the distance and on when you travel. The island is small, yet the longer runs stretch out on holiday days and in high season. Every page publishes its own driving-time estimate, so you can judge how far ahead to ring.
