Your data and your rights
Little is kept on purpose: no user accounts, no form that reaches the server and no advertising anywhere on the site. A visit still produces technical data, and this page says which, why keeping it is lawful and for how long.
The data the site collects
No name, email, phone number or payment details are ever asked for by the site. What the server logs automatically is the IP address, the date and time of the request, the resource requested and the browser — and it does so for technical and security reasons. None of this is combined with any other source, and none of it is used for profiling.
What the data is used for, and on what legal basis
The legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure is the basis on which the technical log is processed. There is no purpose beyond this: newsletters are not sent, advertisements are not published and no data goes to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long the logs are kept
Technical security dictates for how long server logs are kept, and in any case they remain within the periods set by the regulations. Once that period has passed they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
The rights you may exercise
By writing to the address given in the legal notice and proving your identity, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Should you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The nature of the site
An informational portal. Taxi services are neither sold nor booked here, and there is no agreement with any company: the published prices are indicative and the meter sets the final amount.
Frequently asked questions
Are there third-party cookies or trackers on this site? +
None before you consent. The Google Tag Manager container is not loaded on any page until you accept it in the banner: without your answer there are no analytics or advertising cookies — not even a request to Google's servers. Fonts, styles and scripts come from the domain itself, with no requests to external CDNs.
Does any data reach a third party? +
Not for commercial purposes. Three technical communications with third parties do take place. Viewing the map: as soon as it loads, your browser requests tiles from the OpenStreetMap servers, and that request carries your IP address, as any web request does. Computing the walking route when you press "My location": Valhalla's servers receive your coordinate and that of the nearest rank, in order to return the path, with no cookies and no identification. And, only after you allow measurement, loading the Google Tag Manager container from Google's servers, a request that includes your IP too.
