Contact the editors

Travel trouble belongs to the radio-taxi dispatch of the municipality concerned, not to us: this portal books nothing and answers for no journey. The messages that do help are the ones pointing at a mistake, a dead link or a fact that has aged.

How to write to us

You will find the contact address at the foot of this page and in the legal notice. The municipality and the detail you want to correct belong in the subject line: if it is a phone number, add the date on which you checked it. Before any change is made, every correction is checked against the published sources, and the new entry is dated.

What to use it for, and what not to

Correcting a number that no longer answers, a fare that is no longer published or a link that no longer exists: that is what it is for. It is not the place for booking a taxi, confirming a price, locating a vehicle or handling complaints about a journey: that falls to the dispatch you contracted the service with and, where relevant, to the consumer authorities.

Frequently asked questions

What is the way to report a number that does not work?

Write in with the municipality, the number and the date you checked it. The published sources are consulted before any change is made, and the correction is dated alongside the detail.

May I ask for a route or a zone to be added?

Yes, so long as it answers real searches by travellers. Route pages are deliberately few in number: a full matrix of fifteen by fifteen would amount to two hundred near-identical pages that help nobody.
